细腻的纹理与色调和谐而统一，

展现了私宅的干净整洁、简单纯粹。

本案设计没有过多的墙面装饰，在有限的结构上，结合需求打造出惬意的生活场景，在归家时刻感受到宁静和放松。

按照使用者的生活方式重新建立了空间秩序。业主是夫妻两和一个可爱的儿子，父母家离新家很近。房子本身正南正北公区双面通风采光，客厅置于整个房子的中心正南方向，向北连接着餐厅紧挨着门厅，形成一个明亮宽敞且独立的开放空间。

户型方正、采光好、单空间都很独立，卧室、厨房、卫生间尺度不够、承重墙点位太中心、公区视线看不出去。舍弃原有中心位置一个小房间，做了开放式书房和主卧衣帽间，增大公区视线及功能使用，主卧储物得以增加的同时尺寸更舒适。阳台被扩入室内，划分2平米的空间用作洗衣晾晒区，中间整面落地窗让公区明亮度上升，厨房也因为阳台扩入得以增加操作台面和光线。

客厅在正南方向最好的视线这里，看屋外匆匆行人、看窗外的风景。没有做刻意的装饰，根据走线、走铜管、新风、梁勾勒吊顶的造型，利用顶部弧面+斜面造型来弱化梁结构。墙顶通刷奶油色墙漆，视线上得到延伸。

The living room is due south. According to the wiring, copper pipe, fresh air, beam outline the shape of the ceiling. The walls are topped with cream wall paint.

电视墙挂墙柜子储物，柜子本身是空间储物还起到了墙面造型的用处。因为背后厨房嵌入冰箱形成了落差，将墙面前后落差做弧形面，柔滑边缘。

主沙发温暖舒适的麂皮绒材质，磨砂感边几与沙发低饱和度色系使空间更加整体。选择质感毛绒感和颗粒感相结合的抱枕，很好的柔化硬装里的线条感。

The main sofa is made of warm and comfortable suede, with matte edges and low saturation colors to make the space a whole. Choose the pillow with the combination of plush feeling and grain feeling, which is very good to soften the line feeling in the hard outfit.

横厅的承重墙做格栅板连接定制L型悬浮书桌，形成半开放式的书房格局。书桌桌腿选择透明的亚克力材质，为空间增添轻盈感。书柜底部封闭区刻意高于书桌20MM，让挂墙书桌的一端也得以穿过书柜在墙上生根。光线透过百叶洋洋洒洒的落在书桌上。

The load-bearing wall of the horizontal hall is made into a grille plate to connect the custom L-shaped floating desk. Choose clear acrylic for the legs. Height of bookcase bottom close area is painstakingly prep above desk 20MM.

餐厅以卡座的形式代替餐椅，卡座及背景是大面积的木饰面让空间温润、质感十足。百叶窗引进自然光让整面木墙显得灵动。空调风口拉通与奶油色的顶面漆融合。圆润形体的木质格栅桌腿精致而独特，木色贝壳餐椅玲珑小巧。龙血树刻意选了同地面质感的水泥灰盆，屋子的春意盎然在这个角落展现得淋漓尽致。

The dining room is in the form of booths instead of dining chairs. Air conditioning tuyere pull fused with cream top finish. Wooden grille table legs, wooden shell dining chair. Dragon's blood chooses cement ash basin.

主卧延续空间简洁干净，木纹砖地面托起了全屋浅色家具。不同深浅的咖色布艺让空间显得安静放松。皮质床头让空间沉稳下来，浅白色的小吊灯在绿色格栅的衬托下小巧精致。改变了主卫进门的方向，让布局动线更合理，生活更加便利。

Advocate lie continuance space is concise and clean. The coffee color cloth of different depth lets a space appear quiet and relaxed. The light white chandelier is small and elegant against the green grille. Changed the direction of the main door.

通过改造满足了小朋友拥有属于自己私密小天地的心愿，靠墙的床可以给到小朋友安全感，成长的活动空间更充足，在面积有限的房间里利用了壁龛做了书架。床头柜体挖了一个小小壁龛，充满童趣的形状让这个空间变得生动。

The children have their own private space, and they use niches to make bookshelves in the limited room. The headstand digs a small niche, and the childlike shape makes the space come alive.
